Dear language learner or language teacher,

Because of the strict measures that are taken in Europe and all around the world in reaction to the Covid-19 virus, several teachers and language learners who are now forced to study at home have asked me about the online ordering and delivery of our books.

First of all, let me reassure you that in our own office and shipping center, we follow strict hygiene protocols: we work in shifts and we wear gloves (that are washed daily) during the packaging of the books. Ordering books and teaching materials online is therefore completely safe and you are still welcome to place your order.

However, it is good to know that shipping companies have taken measures that can influcence the delivery. For example, picking up packages at service points will not be possible during the next few weeks. Therefore, all orders will be shipped to a home or school address. If you usually have your books shipped to your school but wish to receive them at home now, you can easily add a new shipping address to your account. 

Other measures from shipping companies include:

• The post woman or man will remain at a distance of at least one meter from the customer.
• The goal is to avoid physical contact wherever possible.
• If a signature is required, the post woman or man will sign for delivery rather than the customer, although this will be done in the customer’s presence.
• Automatic parcel lockers will remain operational.

We will ship our orders at the latest on the day after it's been placed, as usual. However, we cannot guarantee that delivery will always be fast enough, since shipping companies have warned that delays may occur. Also, if you order larger numbers of the same title than we have in stock, it may take longer to restock.
