Customer rights and obligations

When you place an order, you assume certain obligations, like the obligation to pay the total amount of your order. You also have certain rights, like the right to decide that after all you don't wish to keep the ordered product and wish to return the product. This is called the right of withdrawal. the conditions for this right of withdrawal are explained below.

Right of withdrawal with respect to products
 
You have the right to return any product within 14 days after delivery. You don't need to give a reason for the return. This means that you can withdraw from the purchasing agreement.
 
After 14 days from delivery, the term for withdrawal ends.
 
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to send TPRS Academy notice of your decision to withdraw the purchase agreement. You can do this via email or by the withdrawal form. This notice must be received by TPRS Academy before the 14 day period ends.

As long as you have not decided yet to keep the product, you are not allowed to use it and you will need to handle it with care. You may take a close look at the product and test if it lives up to your expectations just like you would do in a shop. If you use the product beyond what is needed to see if it meets your needs and expectations, you will be accountable for the loss of value.
 

Results of withdrawal

You will send the product or products as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after the day on which you sent notice to TPRS Academy about your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement, to: TPRS Academy, Molengouw 36, 1151 CJ Broek in Waterland, The Netherlands.

If the withdrawal procedure has been followed correctly and no traces of use or damage are found on the product, we will refund the payment you have done for the product and the (standard) shipping costs for the original delivery.

The costs for the return shipping are at your expense. Please check for actual shipping costs within The Netherlands at: http://www.postnl.nl/versturen/brief-of-kaart-versturen/tarieven/. For shippings from outside The Netherlands, check your local post delivery service.
