Orders will be shipped by PostNL within three working days, unless the products you ordered are not in stock. In that case, I will contact you for an estimated delivery date. 

When I am on a holiday or running a booth at a conference, the actual shipping dates will be stated at the home page and product pages of this website.

Track your parcel

As soon as we have transferred your parcel to PostNL you will receive an e-mail containing the Track & Trace number of your parcel. This number enables you to check on the status of your parcel through the link supplied in the e-mail and you will be able to see when your parcel is due to arrive. Outside of The Netherlands, the parcel will be handled by your local provider. For more information about tracking your parcel and how it is handled if you are not at home when it is presented, please check the website of the provider.

Shipping within the European Union

Due to EU regulations regarding packaging waste, I can only ship EU orders to The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and Spain. If you are based in another EU country and you wish to order books, an option would be to have them delivered to someone you know in one of the aforementioned countries, or an affiliate school or institution in one of these countries.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience. As soon as the EU adapts their regulations in a way that makes it possible for smaller webshops to ship within the EU, I will immediately change my shipping options.
